This nine storey property is 65 metres deep and climbs up the hill from Oriental Parade. The project involved completely replacing the exterior envelope of the property, on this very challenging site. Work included testing the new facade system onsite, and reinstatement of the interiors (including additions and modernisations to some) of the eight apartments.
