Construction of four architecturally designed townhouses built around an existing villa. This was a particularly tight site and a live environment as the existing five-flat property was tenanted during the build. The townhouses were fitted with stainless steel benches, recycled timber flooring and the exterior was extensively landscaping. The electrical mains at the existing house were also upgraded as part of this project.
