This six story apartment block underwent a major upgrade in 2016. The upgrade included replacing the structural steel and concrete at the front of the building and installing all new steel fire windows, aluminium joinery and facade paneling. Upgrades also included bringing the building up to the current fire code by installing smoke alarms, fire rating riser, concrete speed wall, and fire rated fabric screens.

The work was completed while the apartments remained tenanted.
